Your unforgettable journey begins with your arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) in Katunayake. After completing immigration and customs formalities, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative. Then transfer to Negombo, a charming coastal town just 20 minutes from the airport.

Spend the rest of the day at leisure. You may explore the Dutch Canal, St. Mary's Church, the local fish market, and relax at Negombo Beach while enjoying the tropical sunset. A great way to settle in and start your island adventure.

After breakfast, begin your cultural expedition by heading to Yapahuwa, an ancient rock fortress with a dramatic stairway and captivating views. Once the capital of medieval Sri Lanka, it is rich with history and mystique.

From there, proceed to Anuradhapura, the first capital of ancient Sri Lanka and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore its sacred sites including Sri Maha Bodhi Tree, Ruwanwelisaya Stupa, Abhayagiri Monastery, and Jetavanaramaya.

Start early with a climb to Mihintale, the cradle of Buddhism in Sri Lanka, where Arahant Mahinda met King Devanampiyatissa. The panoramic views and religious significance make it a peaceful spiritual stop.

Then travel to Ritigala, an ancient forest monastery surrounded by dense jungle and mystery. It’s believed to have connections to the legend of Ravana and the Himalayas.

Arrive at Sigiriya village by evening for a traditional stay, where you can enjoy local food, bullock cart rides, and a peaceful countryside environment.

Early in the morning, climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, also known as the Lion Rock. Admire the 5th-century palace ruins, frescoes, mirror wall, and stunning views from the top.

Then visit Pidurangala Rock, a short hike offering a breathtaking view of Sigiriya itself. In the afternoon, explore the Dambulla Cave Temple, filled with centuries-old murals and Buddha statues.

You may optionally enjoy a village lunch, a lake-side canoe ride, or an elephant ride in Habarana.

Begin with a jeep safari in Minneriya National Park, famous for its seasonal elephant gathering, one of Asia’s largest. Spot herds of elephants, deer, monkeys, peacocks, and if lucky, leopards.

Later, drive to Polonnaruwa, another UNESCO World Heritage Site and a well-preserved medieval capital. Visit the Gal Vihara Buddha statues, Parakrama Samudra, Royal Palace, and other iconic structures.

In the evening, proceed to Kandy, the sacred hill capital of Sri Lanka.

Start with a morning visit to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), one of Buddhism's most important pilgrimage sites.

Then visit Ambuluwawa Biodiversity Tower, a unique spiral tower with panoramic mountain views. Continue your scenic drive into the highlands, stopping at Ramboda Falls and tea plantations for a factory visit and tea tasting.

By evening, arrive at Nuwara Eliya, also called “Little England” for its colonial charm, cool climate, and beautiful gardens.

Rise early and set out for a trek in Horton Plains National Park, a cloud forest with rare flora and fauna. Witness the spectacular World’s End viewpoint and the scenic Baker’s Falls.

After returning, board the world-famous train from Nanu Oya to Ella, considered one of the most beautiful train journeys in the world. In Ella, explore the picturesque Nine Arches Bridge and soak in the stunning highland vibes.

Enjoy a morning hike to Little Adam’s Peak, offering amazing views of Ella Gap and tea-covered hills. Then travel to Diyaluma Falls, Sri Lanka’s second highest waterfall, with natural pools ideal for swimming.

In the afternoon, drive to Udawalawe, located near the southern wildlife zone of the island.

Go on a morning safari in Udawalawe National Park, where you're likely to encounter large herds of elephants, crocodiles, water buffalo, jackals, and more in their natural habitat.

Then head towards the southern coast, stopping at Weligama for views of traditional stilt fishermen and optional surfing.

Arrive in Mirissa to relax by the beach and enjoy the tropical southern coastal vibe.

Optionally start your day with whale watching (seasonal, November to April). Then travel to Galle, where you’ll visit the beautifully preserved Galle Dutch Fort, a UNESCO site blending European architecture and Sri Lankan charm.
